Try this quick training routine. All you need are a pair of dumbbells and a will to improve your life.

It should take around 20 minutes. Don't forget to warm-up and cool down.



Squat to curl x 10
Lunge to Press x 10
Push-up to row x 10
Russian twist x 10


Perform 3-5 rounds

Keep the rest periods minimal

Modify as needed

Exercise sensibly
