Talk Your Way to Fat Loss

Do you spend anytime talking to yourself about
how you will look with that new slim waist or

"10 Secrets of Fat Loss"

Jeff Fields:

Don't focus on what you don't want or like about
yourself. This may be the most important secret
of all. Too many people focus on the things they
don't like about themselves rather than focusing
on the body they want. This tends to perpetuate
those negative things. Instead of saying "I am
10 pounds overweight" or "I am so fat", say "I want
to be "xxx" pounds which I feel is my ideal weight".
Change your mindset. Start by being grateful for
what you have. Simply having access to weight loss
information and having the ability to do something
about it is more than many people have.
Be grateful for that and get laser focused on your goals.




Positive self-talk and affirmations are so powerful
but so underutilized. Every morning and every night
tell yourself that you are at your perfect weight.
Tell yourself that you have the body and the fitness
that you deserve. Say it and believe it. Put a
picture of the body that you want on your refrigerator.
Tape your desired weight over the numbers on your scale,
or just get rid of the scale. It will happen when
you believe it.
