
I have 2 small children and we have not had more than 3 nights of sleep(6 hours)in over 7 months. It has been very tough on the family. The problem is no one cares and it will not last forever. I am grateful that my kids are healthy and happy, so complaining that they don't sleep is actually ridiculous, when you look at the "big" picture.
I have made many mistakes in my life and have been "negative" for long periods of time. I am thankful that I am aware of this and have changed that part of my life(mostly!)
So what does that mean to you?
If you don't think you have enough time to exercise try to find 5 minutes and do a few push-ups and sit-ups, or just stretch.
If things are tough at work be thankful you have a job.
If you still hate your job, start your own business.
Be happy and grateful for the things that you do have.
Be grateful for all the good things in your life.
Be thankful that you still have feet, not having shoes won't feel so bad.
